Lamoraga has always lived with me, it is my day, myself, what I love to eat in my everyday life, informal, in the company of family or friends. I always wanted to have it and start working it. A business where everyone could eat properly and enjoy tapas or small portions of how much I love to eat and cook and of what I learned from the techniques and serious manners of the Top Cuisine.
That is Lamoraga,that is these establishments, nice and very well cooked and elaborated food, with reasonable prices. My personal Gastronomic Chimera turned into reality for everyone who fancies to get closer to today´s andalusian cuisine and to my interpretations of the cuisine from the rest of the world that I have incorporated to my culinary *****. Good cuisine, low prices, simple manners, direct and kind service, good atmosphere, well cared and comfortable decoration. This is my formula Lamoraga that I wish to share and available for people who understand, like me; because when it is time to eat we need to relax and go away from the problems of life.
